How long does it take to create and ship my artwork?
All of our artworks are 100% hand-painted and made to order.

Processing Time: 1–2 weeks for most custom paintings.

Shipping Time: 3–7 business days via FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
You can typically expect to receive your artwork within 10–14 days after placing your order. For bulk or special orders, please contact us at info@artreoa.com for an accurate timeline.
Is the artwork ready to hang?
We offer three options:

Rolled Canvas: Shipped in a sturdy paper tube. You’ll need to frame or stretch it locally.

Framed or Stretched: Comes with hanging hardware ready.

Custom Framing: Available upon request.
Packaging
How is my artwork packed?
We use protective, professional packaging to ensure safe delivery:

Rolled Paintings: Packed in heavy-duty paper tubes.

Framed/Small Pieces: Packed in secure cardboard boxes.

Large Framed Pieces: Shipped in custom-built wooden crates.
Every package is insured and handled with care.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as PayPal and Shop Pay.
Even without a PayPal account, you can pay using a credit/debit card via the PayPal guest checkout option.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy.
If you’re not 100% satisfied, you may return the painting in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or replacement.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned item:

PayPal: Refunds processed in 1–3 business days.

Credit Card: Refunds typically appear within 7–14 business days.
Lost or Damaged Items
What if my artwork is damaged during shipping?
We carefully inspect and pack all artwork, but if damage occurs:

Unpack in front of the courier, if possible. Have them note any visible damage.

Take clear photos of the packaging and artwork damage.

Keep all packaging until we resolve the issue.
Contact us immediately at info@artreoa.com — we’ll handle the courier claim and arrange a replacement for you.
International Duties & Taxes
Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?
Depending on your country, local import taxes may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and are the buyer’s responsibility.
For U.S. customers, orders under $800 are duty-free. We’re happy to help communicate with customs if needed.
