At ARTREOA, each oil painting is a one-of-a-kind creation, hand-painted by our skilled artists with care and precision. We strive to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. Below is our transparent refund and return policy to help you collect art with confidence.

Custom Artwork Policy

  • Custom orders (including paintings with custom size, color, or subject) are non-refundable after shipment.
  • If you wish to cancel a custom order before shipping, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
  • A $100 material fee will be deducted if cancellation is requested after 6 hours but before shipping.
  • Custom artworks are made to order and cannot be resold. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns for Non-Custom Artworks

  • For non-customized, ready-to-ship paintings, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
  • You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for any reason.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Items must be in their original condition, securely packaged, preferably using the original packaging.
  • Once your return is approved, you’ll have 14 additional days to return the item.

Exchanges & Shipping Damage

  • If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, we offer a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damage and the outer packaging

  • We will handle the courier claim and send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Artwork Quality Guarantee

  • All our paintings are 100% hand-painted, and slight variations in brushwork, texture, or color are a natural and valued part of original artwork.
  • If the artwork does not match the description or product images on our website, you are eligible for a full refund.

Important Notes

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the artwork.
  • The painting must be returned in as-new condition to be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
  • For PayPal and Shop Pay users: refunds may appear within 3 business days.
    For credit/debit cards: 7–15 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Returns due to home framing errors or accidental damage after receipt are not covered.
  • Please keep the original packaging for return use to avoid extra repacking costs.

Disputes & Support

We’re committed to excellent customer service. If you encounter any issue, we encourage you to contact us directly before opening a dispute with your financial institution. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

If a dispute is opened with the bank, we will fully cooperate and respect their final decision.
